MAKEUP & COSMETICS EXPOSE WOMEN TO ADULTERY, PROSTITUTION, RAPE, and Other IMMORAL SEX PRACTICES. They Are Making Themselves Ugly and Abominable in God's Eyes. God Promised To Destroy Them!



The EYES are the portals of the spirit and passion of adultery and other sexual lusts. For Men, the sexual temptations are from the OUTSIDE TO THE INSIDE of their minds and hearts; defiling them to commit adultery and the many other sexual perversions. For Women, the use of Makeup and Cosmetics does the reverse: the Temptation is from the INSIDE TO THE OUTSIDE!

The Bible called Makeup and Cosmetics as PAINT, and using Makeup as "painting the eyes." Makeup and Cosmetics are expensive, yet women, are still spending money for these vain beauty products. Why? For what purpose? 
  • And you devastated one, what are you doing that you dress yourself in scarlet, that you adorn yourself with gold jewelry, that YOU ENLARGE YOUR EYES WITH PAINT? YOU BEAUTIFY YOURSELF FOR NOTHING. Your lovers reject you; they want to take your life.  (Jer 4:30)
  • YOU... TURNED YOUR BEAUTY INTO AN ABOMINATION. (Eze 16:25 HCSB)
WOMEN USING MAKE-UP AND COSMETICS BELONGS TO THE CATEGORY OF THE JEZEBEL-TYPE EVIL WOMAN, THE STRANGE WOMAN!

By using Makeup and Cosmetics, women manipulate and color their eyes. Maybe, they don't realize it; but by doing so, women are making their eyes as the sources of sexual temptations for men. Here, we can see the power of the eyes to cause men and women to sin against God. For women using makeup and cosmetics,don't be liked the wicked "beautiful" woman named Jezebel (2King 9:30-37)! 

WOMEN, LEARN GRAVE LESSONS FROM THE CASE OF JEZEBEL
  • When Jehu came to Jezreel, Jezebel heard about it, so SHE PAINTED HER EYES, ADORNED HER HEAD, and looked down from the window.  (2Ki 9:30)
  • "Take care of THIS CURSED WOMAN and bury her..."  (2Ki 9:34)
  • ... In the plot of land at Jezreel, the dogs will eat Jezebel's flesh.  (2Ki 9:36)
MAKE-UP AND COSMETICS DESTROY FAMILIES AND DEFILE GOD'S SANCTUARY! 
  • They also did this to Me: they defiled My sanctuary on that same day and profaned My Sabbaths.  (Eze 23:38)
  • On the same day they slaughtered their children for their idols, they entered My sanctuary to profane it. Yes, that is what they did inside My house.  (Eze 23:39)
  • In addition, they sent for men who came from far away when a messenger was dispatched to them. And look how they came! YOU bathed, PAINTED YOUR EYES...  (Eze 23:40)
  • You sat on a luxurious couch with a table spread before it, on which you had set My incense and oil.  (Eze 23:41)
MAKE-UP AND COSMETICS SUBJECT WOMEN TO  PROSTITUTION, RAPE, ADULTERY, IDOLATRY, AND REBELLION! 
  • Yet they had sex with her AS ONE DOES WITH A PROSTITUTE. This is how they had sex with Oholah and Oholibah, Those OBSCENE WOMEN.  (Eze 23:44)

As God cursed and destroyed Jezebel, who is a heavy user of makeup and cosmetics, so God will destroy those women who followed her immoral practice. Women, take warning! 
  • So I WILL PUT AN END TO INDECENCY in the Land, and ALL THE WOMEN WILL BE ADMONISHED NOT TO IMITATE YOUR INDECENT BEHAVIOR.  (Eze 23:48)

Matthew Henry's Concise Commentary, says:

When we consider how much this sin abounds, how heinous adultery is in its own nature, of what evil consequence it is, and how certainly it destroys the spiritual life in the soul, we shall not wonder that the cautions against it are so often repeated. And shall Christians, who have such prospects, motives, and examples, be slothful and careless? Shall we neglect what is pleasing to God, and what he will graciously reward? May we closely watch every sense by which poison can enter our minds or affections. -- MHCC

AVOID THE EVIL EYE. MAKE A COVENANT WITH YOUR EYES NOT TO PARTICIPATE IN A LUSTFUL AND ADULTEROUS INITIATION.

As men should have a covenant with their eyes not to look at women lustfully (Job 31:1), women should also have a covenant with their eyes, not to paint, or not to put makeup and cosmetics on their eyes! A covenant is of a sacred and binding nature.

From Matthew Henry's Commentary on the Whole Bible: 
Talk not of the charms in her face, neither be thou smitten with her amorous glances; they are all snares and nets; let her not take thee with her eye-lids. Her looks are arrows and fiery darts; they wound, they kill, in another sense than what lovers mean; they call it a pleasing captivity, but it is a destroying one, it is worse than Egyptian slavery." -- HENRY

Thus, the COVENANT WITH THE EYES (Job 31:1) => Not to involve in a lustful and adulterous desires is applicable to both Men and Women. 

If you are a WOMAN, make it your Covenant not to use Makeup and Cosmetics, whatsoever. Just let your natural beauty, as given to you by God, to appear and shine. Otherwise, if you use Makeup & Cosmetics, you are acting indecently, making yourself a source or cause of sin.

If you are a MAN, make a Covenant with your eyes NOT to look at indecent women with Makeup and Cosmetics (Matthew 5:28-29). 
  • ... everyone who gazes at a woman to lust after her has committed adultery with her already in his heart.  (Mat 5:28 HNV)
  • If your right eye causes you to stumble, pluck it out and throw it away from you. For it is more profitable for you that one of your members should perish, than for your whole body to be cast into Gehinnom.  (Mat 5:29 HNV)

Janice Keller Sorry I don't agree with this at all! I love the Lord with all my heart and wear makeup to church when I go but not a lot! Just enough to cover imperfections! Have no eyelashes so can't really do much with my eyes! Then I put just a light pink lipstick on! That's it! More of a natural look! You must be Jehovah Witness sounds like how they believe!!

    so in short wearing make ups would lead you to hell? Lol, i think thats too much. if it is so, then can someone stop AVON? well this is what i think and i believe "God looks at the heart not the outer being thing" do you really sin if you put a lipstick or something? i agree at some points but not everything. either youve got piercings or tattoos, or make ups God loves you, He died too for these kinds of people. its the content of the heart that matters as what the word says. i think thats too condemning that make up breaks families etc!i just cant believe that. maybe during the barbaric times i could say yes maybe. but today in a modern world where people are educated and growing in understanding the His word, i think make up is not the main factor of broken families.

      The Hebrew word ‛ÂVÔN (H5771) means PERVERSITY, EVIL. Here is what the Strongs Hebrew dictionary says: From H5753; PERVERSITY, that is, (moral) EVIL: - fault, iniquity, mischief, PUNISHMENT (of iniquity), sin.

    This Proverbs' 'strange' or 'foreign' or 'estranged' woman is likely a married prostitute, estranged from/to her husband, yet still living in the same house with him (Prov 2:17, 5:9:10, 7:8-12, 27, possibly 9:13,17-18). If she's not that, she's like a 'serial adulteress'. Prov 6:24-26 is evidence she is flattering and might be a prostitute due to the mention of her beauty and seductive eyelids. The words' give', 'honour', 'years', 'wealth' and 'labours' in
    Prov 5:9-10 sound like they are about a prostitute.

    The two main terms for this 'strange' or 'foreign' or 'estranged' woman in Hebrew Proverbs are zarah/ishah zarah (can mean estranged wife, who can have sex with many men), and nokariyah (can mean foreign woman, and a foreign woman in ancient Israel was likely often a prostitute).

    Prov 7:5,8,10,12,16 (foreign aspect, 'Egypt'),19,25-27 are the best verses showing what she is about. Prov 2:19 (Hebrew/'LXX': 'all'/'not'), 'they', 7:26 ('many', 'many'), possibly 9:18 ('the dead', 'her guests') and possibly 6:26 in the 'LXX' (plural word: lives/souls) are evidences she has many victims/partners/lovers. She is likely married, Prov 2:17, 5:9-10, 6:26,29,32-35, 7:19, 9:17 are evidences of this. ('stolen water is sweet' likely refers
    to adultery. A wife's sexuality is referred to as water in Prov 5:15. Bread of secrets or 'hidden bread is pleasant' can also refer to adultery, as Potiphar's wife may be referred to as 'the bread' Potiphar knew, while he gave everything else into the hand of Joseph, Gen 39:6). This 'strange' or 'foreign' or 'estranged' woman in Proverbs apparently isn't directly called a prostitute because the professional or unmarried prostitute is mentioned in Prov 6:26, 7:10, 23:27 (first part), 29:3 (plural), and this 'foreign woman' apparently has a foreign aspect (Prov 7:16) and is likely married, and is likely a married prostitute or serial adulteress in simple terms. I'd call her an estranged wife prostitute.

    This 'strange' or 'estranged' or 'foreign' woman in Proverbs is likely a married prostitute, in simple terms. In more complex terms, I'd call her an estranged wife prostitute. Less likely, she is a 'serial adulteress'. Prov 7:5,8,10-12,16 (foreign aspect, 'Egypt),19 (likely married, 'the man' is likely a term of belittlement, similar to Potiphar's wife calling her husband 'he' in Gen 39:14, with no introduction or respect shown; or it is a term for
    vagueness),25-27 are the best verses showing what this Proverbs 'strange' woman is about. What is one to make of the words 'And the adulteress will hunt for the precious life' (plural in the 'LXX') in Prov 6:26? Likely this 'strange woman' in Proverbs is, at least, committing adultery on a regular basis, with many men. She may be hunting for the precious life/lives as in for it or them, as in hunting for wealth or hunting for men to commit adultery with.
    What this verse really means is disputed, but it is evidence that this 'strange woman' in Proverbs commits adultery, and in ancient Israel that meant she was married, as it was not adultery for an unmarried woman to have sex with a married man.


    She is likely a serial adulteress or a serial adulterous prostitute, in simple, yet basically sufficient terms. This video mentions her being a 'giant adulteress', but the picture (3:30-3:33) looks like an adulterous prostitute, doesn't it?

    That is likely who she is in Proverbs.

    She may be an 'estranged' wife/woman from her husband, and who has sex with many men. One of the main terms for her in Hebrew Proverbs, zarah/ishah zarah can have an 'estranged' meaning to it.

    Pastor/priest/Bible scholar George Leo Haydock's Catholic commentary (mid 19th century) lists a married 'abandoned woman' (prostitute) as a preferred definition of who she is, citing Antoine Augustin Calmet (a French Benedictine monk of the 17th and 18th centuries who wrote commentaries on the Bible)

    Here is pastor Bob Yandian who identifies her as a prostitute and claims a verse in Prov 9 shows what she's really like, and implies her serial adulterous side with the words 'He is stealing waters that rightfully belong to another man', and with 'This woman has a long list of successes and they are all lying flat on their backs in the coffin.'
