YOUTH Waste Their LIVES. They Provoke God's Jealousy with New IDOLS & FOREIGN GODS. They Sacrificed to Demons; To New Gods That Just Arrived. NOT To The Almighty GOD!

People today are ignorantly provoking God to Jealousy with their newly invented idols and vanities. Entrepreneurs even make IDOLATRY a BIG Business, popularizing the very word “IDOL” that God hates. So, we heard the popular AMERICAN IDOL and IDOL Philippines that usually caters to the youth, to attract them and increase their TV ratings, profits, etc.

The world has many other idols in the personage of many Celebrities: Sports Stars, Rock Stars, Movie Actors/Actresses, Singers, Politicians, and other idolized Entertainers. And people serve them! 

People, especially the youth, spend their time, money, emotions, and other resources in serving these many MODERN IDOLS of Idolatrous Society! Thus, they purchased their record albums, music videos, movie shows, etc. They attend their rock concerts. They watched their sports events. They even elect them to government offices!

• They served their idols, which became a snare to them.  (Psa 106:36)

All the above idolatrous practices provoked God's Jealousy.

They provoked His Jealousy with foreign gods; they enraged Him with detestable practices. They sacrificed to DEMONS, not God, to gods they had not known, new gods that had just arrived, which your Fathers did not fear. (Deu 32:16-17)

With the emotions, thoughts, time, money, and resources seduced by these newly invented gods and idols, the people, especially the youth, ignored their Creator, and forgot the God who sustains them and gave them their life, talents, and resources. Instead, they shout, scream, and do many things that pertains to worshipping an idol, their many idols literally!

• You ignored the Rock who gave you Birth; you forgot the God who brought you forth. (Deu 32:18)

REMEMBER GOD IN THE DAYS OF YOUR YOUTH!

• Remember now your Creator in the DAYS of your YOUTH, while the Evil Days do not come, nor the years draw near, when you shall say, I have no pleasure in them. (Ecc 12:1 MKJV)

The parents failed to teach their Children about God, and if they did, it is just a shallow teachings, powerless to resist the strong temptation presented by the powerful media network and the Internet. It's no wonder because these parents were once like their children in their youth, worshipping idols of all sorts.

So the youth became perverse, victims of “dabarkads,” drug addiction, immoral sex, pornography, and all kinds of perversion, wasting their lives and future.

INSTEAD OF BECOMING THE HOPE OF THE NATION, THE YOUTH BECOME THE OPPRESSORS OF THEIR NATION!

Formerly called the hope of the Nation (pag-asa ng Bayan), the youth now becomes the oppressors and scourges of the Nations. And these ungodly youths grow up to become leaders, and they cause people to err, and destroy the way of their Nations (Isaiah 3:12).

• As for My People, CHILDREN ARE THEIR OPPRESSORS, and WOMEN RULE OVER THEM. O My People, they which lead thee cause thee to err, and destroy the way of thy paths. (Isa 3:12 KJV)

GOD HIDES HIS FACE FROM THEM

Therefore, God despised the youth, and hides His face from them. This is a terrible thing to happen when God hides His face from someone.

• When The LORD saw this, He despised them, provoked to anger by His sons and daughters. He said: "I will hide My Face from them; I will see what will become of them, for they are a perverse generation--unfaithful children. They have provoked My Jealousy with their so-called gods; they have enraged Me with their worthless idols. (Deu 32:19-21)

GOD'S PUNISHMENT TO IDOL-WORSHIPPING YOUTH AND ADULTS

• I will turn against that one and make him a sign and a proverb; I will cut him off from among My people. Then you will know that I am The LORD.  (Eze 14:8) 

• So I will put an end to your indecency and sexual immorality, which began in the land of Egypt, and you will not look longingly at them or remember Egypt any more.  (Eze 23:27)

THEREFORE, REPENT AND FLEE FROM IDOLS AND IDOLATRY! 

This is what the Lord GOD says: REPENT and TURN AWAY FROM YOUR IDOLS; turn your faces away from all your abominations.  (Ezekiel 14:6) 

Therefore, my dear friends, FLEE FROM IDOLATRY.  (1Cor 10:14) 

Little children, guard yourselves from IDOLS.  (1John 5:21)
